Azure Estates Thailand ("we") is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and our contact channels. Contact details are at the end of this policy.

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you provide: name, contact channel and ID, email, preferred language, nationality, budget, property preferences and your message. We also record the page you enquired from, the referring site and campaign parameters (UTM) so we know which channel you found us on.

Essential cookies store your language and currency choice. Analytics cookies are used only if you switch them on in the cookie preferences.

To answer your enquiry, prepare a shortlist and arrange viewings (performance of a contract or steps before it); to send follow-up information about properties you asked about (legitimate interest, and you can opt out at any time); to meet legal obligations such as anti-money-laundering checks during a transaction; and, with your consent, to measure how the website is used.

Our website and email services may store data outside Thailand. We use providers with appropriate safeguards and transfer only what is needed.

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, or longer where a transaction creates a legal obligation to retain records.
